Product Manager Intern

About the role

As a Product Manager Intern at Jobright, you will collaborate with various teams to understand user needs, define product opportunities, and assist in bringing product experiences from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user and market research to identify meaningful product opportunities
• Translate user problems into clear product requirements and priorities
• Write product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering and design teams throughout development
• Define success metrics and analyze feature performance after launch
• Support product launches, feedback collection, and iteration
• Participate in in-person planning and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Required:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical, writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans
• Genuine interest in AI products and user-centered product development
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA

Preferred

• Previous product, startup, consulting, engineering, or research experience
• Familiarity with user research, product analytics, SQL, or experimentation
• Experience with Figma, product documentation, or project management tools
• Interest in LLMs, AI agents, career technology, or consumer applications
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to collaborate with engineers
