In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and operations of a UX platform across multiple cross-functional roles and teams.
- Support clients investment in funnel design and experimentation.
- Maximize the detail, pace and transparency of insights across YouTube’s paid product teams.
- Align teams development and adoption of the most performant solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management.
- 3 years of experience as a product manager working on User Experience (UX) for video streaming subscriptions or digital subscription products, particularly on connected TVs.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience with digital subscription business models and funnels.
- Experience with data model design and management.
- Experience with funnel metric definition and associated logs analysis.
- Experience with advanced UX design sensibility and product leadership.
- Track record of scaling and accelerating execution with agentic tools (i.e., Antigravity, Claude Code).
Pay
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
