About the role

This is a hybrid role open to candidates within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters, requiring in-office work approximately two times per week.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the most important problems to solve through live customer research, market and competitor analysis, usage data, and written feedback.
  • Collaborate with design to translate research into clear product requirements, ideate on design needs, and prototype solutions to move quickly without rework.
  • Partner with engineering to assess feasibility, scope impact, write Product Requirement Docs and user stories, and progress features from idea to launch.
  • Define and align the product roadmap for your problem space through stakeholder management.
  • Work with teams outside product management to ensure smooth product positioning, messaging, and launches.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for your product, target customer, and problem space.
  • Attend recurring product development meetings to track progress and unblock designers and engineers.
  • Develop and report metrics to measure product health and usage.
  • Improve processes around research, development, or product delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager.
  • Proven track record of launching and supporting customer-facing features or products.
  • Design literacy: ability to evaluate UX quality, provide meaningful design feedback, and prototype ideas independently.
  • Ownership: take responsibility, drive results, and deliver on commitments.
  • Honesty: demonstrate integrity, transparency, and ethical behavior.
  • Collaboration: work effectively with cross-functional teams and foster teamwork.
  • Improvement: continuously seek growth, innovation, and personal development.
  • Ability to identify problems and create impactful solutions.
  • Experience with RMM systems or an IT background.
  • Ability to present to large groups.
  • Curiosity.
