Responsibilities
- Applies understanding of product vision to assist in coordinating cross-functional teams of Partners / suppliers and works independently with general supervision.
- Serves as internal consultant and builds subject matter expertise.
- Supports execution of solutions; escalates often to make the right decisions.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and teams company-wide to understand / document business, customer, and user needs in an end-to-end manner.
- Serves as a point person for the product lifecycle, including conception, user research, design and prototyping, development, pilot, launch, measurement, iteration.
- Develops relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of product vision.
- Executes against features prioritization defined by Product leadership, business stakeholders.
- Communicates clearly; keeps team on task and on time.
- Manages processes; identifies most critical team issues; escalates issues for resolution.
- Supports management of reporting metrics to identify product team successes and failures.
- Maintains product backlog; authors detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience of 0+ years.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum product frameworks and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Analytical skills.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- The ability to leverage data to tell a meaningful story.
- The ability to break down problems into components and reassemble them to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- The ability to understand / develop business acumen of enterprise organization.
- Adaptability and self-direction.
- The ability to work collaboratively across a complex enterprise and rapidly evolving business.
- Occasionally work extended hours.
