Product Manager I

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive products, and customer needs to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure product specifications are met and timelines are adhered to.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, providing updates on product status, performance, and any necessary adjustments.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of product specifications, changes, and project updates.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to refine product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
