Position Summary
The Product Manager I, AIS position supports the development, lifecycle management, and commercialization of all downstream activities related to on market B. Braun infusion pump devices and related accessories. This role partners cross-functionally with engineering, clinical, regulatory, marketing, and sales teams to ensure safe, effective, and competitive infusion solutions that meet customer and patient needs. The position will contribute to product strategy execution, assist with new product development initiatives, and support ongoing product performance in the market.
Responsibilities
- Manages overall profitability of complex product line (large dollar volume, major product development). Support product lifecycle activities from concept through commercialization
- Responsible for the development, implementation and control of marketing programs to maintain and increase market share and profits.
- Assists in gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) insights from clinicians, nurses, and stakeholders
- Conducts competitive analysis and market research for infusion systems
- Develops and administers launch plans for new or revised products, creates and administers strategies for increasing market share of existing products, and assists in retirement and communication planning for product decommissioning. Evaluates performance of marketing initiatives and revises strategy in response.
- Collaborates with R&D and regulatory teams on product requirements and documentation
- Contributes to product launch planning, training materials, and sales enablement tools
- Maintains alignment with healthcare regulatory standards in collaboration with internal team.
- Participates in planning of sales promotions or other special events, such as conferences, trade shows, or user meetings.
Expertise: Qualifications - Education/Experience/Training/Etc
- Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field. Uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.
- Full Bachelor's degree required. 02-04 years related experience required.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Prior capital equipment experience or knowledge is highly preferred.
- Likely to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
