Product Manager - Healthcare AI

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager - Healthcare AI to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape the product strategy and roadmap for technology solutions that support clinical and operational needs across the organization. You will partner closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to turn complex healthcare challenges into practical digital products and measurable outcomes. The position also calls for using data and performance insights to guide prioritization, adoption, and ongoing product improvements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Define the product vision and develop actionable roadmaps Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to identify challenges and develop solutions Use data analytics for decision-making and performance reporting to senior leadership Drive innovation by leveraging technology to meet healthcare needs Oversee product performance and continually refine based on feedback and metrics Champion best practices for product standardization and adoption Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Four years of functionally related technical experience may offset degree requirements Three years in a Team Lead or Manager role in an IT-focused setting Demonstrated success in leading digital product transformations Experience engaging stakeholders in a multidisciplinary environment Benefits Remote work flexibility in Ohio or Florida Supportive work environment fostering career development Opportunity to lead transformative digital healthcare initiatives Collaboration with a passionate and dedicated team Potential for travel up to four times a year Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
