Product Manager-Full Time- RSCDL4073

Reliable Staffing Corporation is seeking a full-time IT Product Manager to report directly to the Director of Product Management. This role is pivotal in both tactical and strategic execution of product roadmap activities for identity-based security solutions that empower enterprises, consumers, citizens, and websites with strong authentication, fraud detection, digital certificates, SSL, and PKI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the company’s platform.
• Obtain and document customer feedback; report insights to Product Marketing Management.
• Manage and deliver technical presentation materials.
• Support, plan, organize, and control the platform throughout the product life cycle.
• Interact with Sales, Marketing, QA, and Development departments to coordinate product enhancements.
• Provide internal training on new product features at events and demos.
• Monitor cybersecurity market trends and technology developments; translate these into product strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in software engineering or computer science.
• 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, with expertise in product placement, promotion, and pricing strategies.
• Proven ability to scale a product from inception to multi-million dollars in annual revenue.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and information security products, services, and concepts.
• Familiarity with the software authentication landscape.
• Excellent customer service, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience working with large system integrators and channels.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in software engineering or computer science.
• Experience with system-level software and operating systems.
• Understanding of information security technologies, vulnerabilities, and vendors.
• Knowledge of the company’s products and architectures.

Pay

$100,000–$120,000 annual salary.
