Product Manager – FinTech

About the role

The Product Manager will lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive innovation and growth within the FinTech sector. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role is responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation through launch.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to develop and refine product features.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Manage product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adhere to company policies throughout the product development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Experience in the FinTech industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving revenue growth.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Understanding of financial technology and its regulatory environment.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 annually.

Schedule

Hybrid work arrangement available, with a minimum requirement of 2 days per week in the office.
