Responsibilities

  • Support the development and management of the firm’s financial planning and advice tools
  • Significant focus on AI agent development and management, including prompt writing, agentic flow management and agent testing
  • Affiliate in the management of vendor-based tools and capabilities on the platform, and assist in the management of the vendor relationship
  • Partner with the firm’s project management team to maintain the Financial Planning team’s funding and project backlog records
  • Provide support to users in the field for issues escalated to the product management team from partner support teams
  • Assist in the preparation for senior management meetings, including PowerPoint presentation development and narrative construction

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required. Advanced degrees and/or CFP a plus
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in financial planning, wealth management or product management
  • Awareness of financial planning software, and Envestnet MoneyGuide products in particular, a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately
  • Strong presentation skills, including ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations for various levels of management
  • Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence platforms, ideally including prompt writing experience
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to conduct data analysis in Microsoft Excel and identify data points critical for decision making
  • Independent self-starter who can manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines
  • Awareness of SDLC processes (e.g., Waterfall) and Agile Methodology
  • Experience working with cross functional teams, including UX, technology, analytics, marketing, communications, legal, risk and compliance
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams

  • Professional experience in the financial services industry, Wealth Management, or FinTech

Pay

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
