About the role

You will lead the charge in defining product management for a pioneering AI company. Owning the end-to-end customer journey, you'll bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and real-world user value. Working alongside world-class engineers, you will drive execution in a high-ambiguity environment to shape the future of interactive digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement product management processes from the ground up for a high-growth engineering team.
• Own customer outcomes end-to-end, managing the full product lifecycle from initial discovery to production.
• Translate complex technical research into intuitive product features that drive user engagement and platform growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record in both 0→1 product development and scaling established features in the technology sector.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on written clarity and cross-functional alignment across the organization.
• Strong technical intuition with the ability to collaborate effectively with specialized AI engineering and research teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in product management or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
