About the role
The HVAC Wholesale Distributor, Geary Pacific Supply, seeks a Ductless VRF / Mini-Split Sales Manager to join their team. This position focuses on increasing sales of VRF and Mini-Split products across California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, and Nevada.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage VRF & Ductless sales programs and promotions.
- Work directly with Region Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers to generate and close new business.
- Report to Dealer Program Product Manager to ensure achievement of company sales and profit goals.
- Develop and train all associates and customers on VRF & Ductless Products and applications.
- Work effectively with minimum supervision.
- Be organized with a high sense of urgency.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to generate new business by finding and closing new opportunities.
- A minimum of 5 years HVAC sales experience.
- A bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc.
- Ability and willingness to travel 50-70% of the time.
