Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Alignment: Ensure the product roadmap is directly tied to core business objectives.
- Acquisition & Conversion Optimization: Leverage user feedback, behavioral data, and commercial insights to refine registration, subscription sign-ups, upgrades/downgrades, and newsletter opt-ins.
- CDP & Lifecycle Journeys: Partner closely with Marketing and CRM teams to support Customer Data Platform (CDP) integrations, run audience segmentation, and build automated, personalized lifecycle communication flows.
- End-to-End Execution: Collaborate with PMO, engineering, and QA teams in an agile environment to build, test, and deploy features that boost conversion rates, identity resolution, and long-term user retention.
- Technical Specifications: Translate high-level business goals into actionable user stories, technical requirements, and product specs, collaborating with engineers to build highly scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- 4+ Years of Digital PM Experience: Proven track record of leading product initiatives through cross-functional agile teams using data-driven methodologies.
- Deep Subscription Expertise: Practical experience managing subscription models, transactional workflows (upgrades/downgrades), and lifecycle communication strategies (free trials, conversions, retention, and win-backs).
- Email & CDP Segmentation: Hands-on experience designing user segments, triggering automated email/journey workflows, and partnering with technical and marketing teams to ensure flawless end-to-end data delivery.
- Strategic PM Mindset: A true product owner who can autonomously champion a vertical and manage stakeholders (rather than just managing a tactical backlog).
- Agile Proficiency: Extensive experience navigating fast-paced agile environments and managing team workflows utilizing Jira.
- Collaborative Communicator: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You possess a strong design, visual, and information architecture vocabulary.
