About the role

Develop Product vision and strategy for Supply chain analytics products that improve planning, sourcing, Inventory and Demand-Supply matching. Translate business problems into analytics product requirements: data sources, metrics, models, dashboards, ML features, user workflows and operational integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for supply chain analytics products (forecasting, inventory optimization, S&OP decision-support, replenishment, supplier analytics).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that offer actionable insights.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting.
  • Optimize and automate reporting processes for scalability.

Requirements

  • Domain knowledge: supply chain processes (demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, procurement, logistics, manufacturing).
  • Analytics fluency: data modeling, ML concepts, forecasting, optimization, causal inference and experiment design.
  • Technical understanding: data engineering fundamentals, APIs, deployment patterns, cloud platforms and common BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and SQL.
  • Experience working with large datasets, ETL processes, and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science.

Skills

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Data science etc).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like TFS, Jira or Confluence.
  • Expertise in creating project roadmaps, setting milestones, and managing risks/issues.
  • Effective leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $120,000 to $135,000 Per Annum
