About the role

Be the person who connects the dots. Own the numbers, own the usage, and understand what customers actually care about, better than anyone else at the company.

Set up the KPIs that don't exist yet. Decide what we should be measuring and build the muscle for tracking it.

Talk to customers directly. Own customer conversations and direction-setting, and bring that insight back into the product.

Work closely with our designer to prototype and shape ideas, then partner with engineering to execute.

Own products end-to-end: understand the problem, shape the solution, ship it, and iterate against real usage.

Responsibilities

  • Connect the dots between various aspects of the product and its impact on customers.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the product vision and customer needs.
  • Facilitate direct customer interactions to gather insights and feedback, and translate these into actionable product improvements.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure that the product meets user needs and is technically feasible.
  • Drive the product towards success by iterating based on real-world usage and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience working at a high-growth startup, thriving in chaotic environments, and adapting quickly to changes.
  • A strong analytical background, comfortable working with data and metrics to inform product decisions.
  • A deep understanding of AI and its applications in security, particularly in the context of Calvis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of AI and security technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning, particularly in security contexts.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and iterative development processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results.

Skills

  • Product management skills, including strategy formulation, roadmap development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits

  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate personal and professional life.
  • Competitive compensation package, including equity options.
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding company.
  • Collaborative and supportive work culture.
  • Regular opportunities to contribute to meaningful product development.

Pay

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule
