Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product discovery and roadmap execution for critical customer engagement and communication features.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to integrate customer experience tools with ethical financing solutions for a seamless journey.
• Define and track key performance metrics to ensure product updates drive tangible outcomes like ARR impact and retention lift.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management with a proven track record of shipping successful features.
• Exceptional skills in user discovery and collaborative roadmap development alongside design and engineering teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to cite specific business outcomes and impacts from previous product initiatives.
