Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will take real ownership of a core product area and shape what we build, why we build it, and how it shows up for customers. This is not a project management role. You will make tradeoffs, say no often, and turn messy healthcare problems into clear product direction.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers and internal teams to deeply understand user workflows.
• Continuously evaluate competitors, market shifts, and regulatory changes for anything that could affect our product.
• Translate insights into a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that you can communicate clearly internally and externally.
• Write high-quality specs and then collaborate with engineers and designers to build.
• Take responsibility for the whole product lifecycle from concept through launch.
• Support and mentor junior product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field
• At least 2 years of product management experience building software products
• Proven experience owning products
• Strong judgment and structured thinking in ambiguous problem spaces
• Clear, direct written and verbal communication skills
