About the role

We are seeking a senior Product Manager to help drive the transformation of our client's member experience through a new AI-first digital ecosystem. This role will focus on mobile-first product experiences, intelligent search and member matching, personalization, and AI-enabled capabilities that create measurable member value. The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience, practical AI knowledge, UX expertise, technical fluency, and data-driven decision making. They collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, designers, and data teams while operating effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy and execution for member-facing web and mobile experiences.
  • Drive AI-enabled product initiatives focused on search, member matching, personalization, and future intelligent experiences.
  • Partner with stakeholders across client to identify member needs and translate them into product priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams on requirements, APIs, architecture discussions, and delivery planning.
  • Partner with UX and Design teams to ensure intuitive, mobile-first experiences that follow usability best practices.
  • Use analytics and user behavior data to guide prioritization, design decisions, and product improvements.
  • Support our client's broader digital transformation and platform modernization efforts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience building or scaling mobile applications.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled products and understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, governance, security, and guardrails.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand APIs, technical requirements, data flows, and architecture concepts.
  • Strong UX/UI judgment, including user journeys, navigation hierarchy, and mobile usability best practices.
  • Experience making product decisions using behavioral analytics and customer data.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Adaptable, accountable, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Pay
