Product Manager, AI
At MSL, we’re on a mission to make every client more influential and a positive force of influence in the(ir) world. We partner with brands, companies, and leaders who push boundaries and create change, and we’re looking for passionate creators and storytellers to join our team. Our culture is driven by three core values: Leading, Learning, and Loving, and we’ve been recognized as a “Best Place to Work” in the industry year after year.
About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager focusing on how MSL deploys, governs, and scales AI agents across the agency. You’ll work alongside the SVP, AI Enablement Lead, and MSL’s Chief Digital & Talent Officers to operationalize systems, governance structures, and knowledge infrastructure that make agentic PR work possible and repeatable. If you are obsessed with AI and a curious learner, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Drive and support the product management layer and systems management of MSL’s agentic ecosystem, mapping agents to communications workflows across earned media, creative content, strategy, and account management.
- Build and maintain governance frameworks that define how agents are deployed, monitored, updated, and retired—responsible AI in practice—owning the best practice playbook and internal approvals and submissions.
- Steward MSL’s AI knowledge base: prompt libraries, staging files, proper taxonomy, and use case documentation, keeping AI operating components organized so teams can extract value.
- Contribute to enablement and onboarding infrastructure so adoption scales beyond early adopters.
- Stay close to the external AI product landscape, tracking what’s shipping at startups, emerging in agentic frameworks, and relevant for communications across the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in product management, agentic systems, or AI operations—you have deployed, tested, and shipped AI solutions.
- Deep familiarity with LLM-based tools including Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic’s Claude.
- Embrace change with scenario planning and remain calm, flexible, and adaptable under pressure.
- Comfortable mapping technology to human workflows—you’ve worked directly with operators to translate tool capabilities into practical workflows.
Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Disability insurance.
- 401K retirement plan.
- Parental and family care leave.
- Family forming assistance.
- Tuition reimbursement.
- Flexible time off.
Pay
Compensation range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00 annually. This range reflects the Company’s belief of what it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the requirements of the role.
