Subway · Shelton, CT · 1 mo ago
Hybrid$103k–$128k/yrFull-time

About the Role

The Product Manager – Agentic Reporting builds the insights and reporting tools that help Subway operators understand their business and make better decisions — putting the right data in front of the right people at the right time. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, leads with conviction, and gets energy from solving hard problems at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and execution for reporting products. Define what gets built, why it matters, and how it scales.
  • Drive high-velocity execution alongside our engineering team, balancing strong product instincts with data-driven decision making.
  • Build deep user empathy. Spend time with franchisees to understand real problems before reaching for solutions.
  • Use metrics to inform your point of view, run experiments to validate it, and measure what moves the needle.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, sharpen your thinking, and explore what’s possible. Then make it happen.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex data or reporting products.
  • Demonstrated ownership: you treat problems as yours until they’re solved.
  • Technical fluency: you earn engineering trust by engaging in the details, not just the requirements document.
  • An AI-first mindset and genuine excitement about what automation unlocks for users, operators, and the business.
  • Ability to write clearly and influence without authority. You build alignment through strong thinking, not org chart.
  • Experience in restaurant technology / QSR / franchise environments (nice to have).

Benefits

  • Insurance Plans (Medical, Life)
  • Pension/401K/RSP (country specific)
  • Competitive Bonus
  • Mobility Allowance
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Company Holidays
  • Volunteering time
  • And More…

Pay

The base pay range for this role is $102,700 - 128,400 annually. Pay within this range will be determined in good faith based on job-related factors, which may include skills, experience, education/training, location, and internal equity.
