Product Manager (2027 Graduates)
About the role
This role embeds you directly as a product owner within a tight-knit, high-velocity engineering team. Instead of sitting on the sidelines, you will actively own a prioritized product development backlog and shape features through interactive design sessions, UX reviews, and usability testing. Surrounded by structured mentorship, hackathons, and dedicated "Indie Time" for passion projects, you will have the autonomy to make real-world impacts on our global Enterprise-Grade Orchestration software.
This role is based at our headquarters in McLean, Virginia. Employees hired for this position are expected to be in the office 5 days a week to foster collaboration and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Own the Backlog: Act as the dedicated product owner for a small team of engineers, owning and prioritizing the product development backlog to ensure high-quality software delivery with every iteration.
- Drive Vision & Roadmaps: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand enterprise software product roadmaps, aligning team execution with the broader product vision and strategy.
- Champion User Experience: Share ideas and gather rapid feedback on features through design sessions, mockups, UX reviews, and usability testing to guarantee user success prior to release.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner across engineering and business units to ensure smooth feature rollouts in an agile-led work environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a strong academic record, demonstrated by a GPA of 3.0 or higher (or equivalent).
- Prior experience in a professional, academic, or technical setting (includes internships, research, capstones, or consistent part-time/full-time employment).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a professional environment.
- Proven fluency in AI and LLMs, encompassing both the strategic development of AI-powered platform capabilities and the hands-on application of AI tools to accelerate daily workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and running sprint ceremonies.
- Previous professional work experience or multiple internships in a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g. executive roles in student organizations, club leadership, or captaincy of team-based activities).
Pay
Base Salary Range: $110,000 USD - $113,000 USD. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.
