About The Role WEG is looking for aProduct Management Support Specialist to join our Low Voltage Motors Department in Duluth, GA. You will to support the development, maintenance, and commercial management of WEG’s low-voltage motor products in the North American market. This role will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure product information, market requirements, pricing, availability, and technical support are effectively coordinated. The successful candidate will combine strong organizational and analytical skills with an interest in industrial products and manufacturing. The position is well suited for an individual who enjoys working across multiple functions, managing product information, supporting commercial decisions, and helping customers and internal teams identify the right motor solutions. Primary Responsibilities Support Product Managers in the lifecycle management of low-voltage motor products.Maintain accurate product data, technical specifications, configurations, pricing, and commercial information in applicable systems. Assist with product launches, product updates, product discontinuations, and engineering changes.Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering teams regarding product availability, leadtimes, configurations, and production requirements.Research market trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry developmentsrelated to low-voltage motors.Prepare product summaries, comparison tools, presentations, training materials, and internalcommunications.Support the development and maintenance of product catalogs, datasheets, selectionguides, online content, and other technical-commercial materials.Review product information for accuracy, consistency, and alignment across catalogs,systems, websites, and sales tools.Assist Sales, Customer Service, Application Engineering, and distributors with product-related questions and requests.Help evaluate special product requirements, application needs, and opportunities for productimprovements.Support pricing reviews, product profitability analysis, and business-case preparation.Track product performance, sales activity, inventory considerations, and other keyperformance indicators.Participate in cross-functional meetings and follow up on action items.Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.Identify process improvements that increase the efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness ofproduct management support activities. Education Bachelor's degree in business engineering, marketing, supply chain, or a related field Knowledge / Training Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to interpret and organize technical and commercial information. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and other cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues or request additional information. Experience 1+ years of experience in product support, product management, manufacturing, technical sales, application engineering, customer service, or a related industrial environment.Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
