Product Management Lead, Communication Platform

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product strategy for member communications orchestration
• Evaluate build-vs-buy options for communication platforms with key cross-departmental collaboration
• Facilitate the transition from distributed communication systems to a scalable orchestration model
• Manage member communication preferences ensuring data integrity and user control
• Collaborate with teams to enable data-driven, personalized member engagement strategies
• Translate technical architecture into actionable product directions for diverse teams
• Establish a measurement framework to assess the impact of communication strategies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing, platform, or marketing-technology domains
• Proven ability to link product roadmaps to business outcomes like conversion and operational efficiency
• Experience with CRM, communications, or engagement platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze
• Strong technical skills for engaging with engineering about complex data structures and APIs
• Experience in leading vendor evaluations and large-scale cross-functional projects
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and prioritize effectively across product lines
• Exceptional communication skills for synthesizing complex ideas for stakeholders

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 annually
