You’ll contribute to sharpening product requirements, partnering with teams to prepare for go-to-market, and ensuring that what we deliver not only meets expectations but creates outstanding product experiences for our customers.

What’s In It For You

  • Get hands-on experience working with Product Managers across the full product lifecycle—discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and measurement—while gaining exposure to the broader business, including Customer Success, Sales, and Product Development.
  • Gain Industry Expertise: Immerse yourself in fast-moving industries—information technology, ad-tech, advertising, and media—by working on real product challenges for world-class brands.
  • Connect with product leaders, engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to build relationships that can shape your future career.
  • Gain hands-on experience in gathering and documenting product requirements, organizing project tasks, interpreting customer feedback, and using tools such as Excel and AI platforms.
  • Strengthen your abilities in teamwork, time management, and clear communication, while increasing your visibility into how products are developed, launched, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Aid Product Managers with market and customer research, synthesizing findings into clear insights and making recommendations for product improvements.
  • Support the requirement generation process by helping define and refine product requirements, based on stakeholder input and market research.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings (e.g., with Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Sales), capture detailed notes, and track action items to keep initiatives on track.
  • Contribute to product documentation and collateral, such as feature overviews, internal FAQs, training materials, and client-facing slides.
  • Analyze product usage and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential enhancements.
  • Aid with go-to-market activities, including drafting internal announcements, supporting enablement sessions, and organizing feedback from early adopters.

What We’re Looking For

  • You are currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data/Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly explain complex ideas to different audiences.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • You possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills—using data and structured thinking to inform decisions.
  • You are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively across teams and can build strong working relationships.
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word) is a must; experience with tools like Jira/Azure DevOps, or AI tools is a plus.
  • You have a personal and professional interest in product management or data analytics, especially in the automotive or mobility space.
  • You have experience with social media, digital products, or user-focused platforms is a plus, reflecting your interest in how people interact with products.
