Product Management Graduate (Master's/MBA)

About the role

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to standard product development plans.
• Collate data on customer requirements, target customer segments, and business cases to bring innovative and disruptive products to market.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders on one or more product strategy and strategy execution across all phases of the lifecycle (planning, development, launch, management, exit).
• Operationalize financial targets to meet performance objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study.
• MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• 1+ years of work experience in a related field.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry.

Knowledge and Skills

• Basic understanding of product development.
• Basic skills in cost modeling efficient solutions and financial performance metric analysis.
• Basic business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry with the ability to provide product-specific technical training to the team.

Pay

Salary ranges are location-based and role-specific:

• Product Manager Graduate
  • Colorado: USD 97,500 – 186,100
  • Massachusetts: USD 105,500 – 200,500
  • California: USD 105,500 – 213,500
  • Minnesota, North Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin: USD 92,700 – 213,500
• Product Analyst Graduate
  • Colorado: USD 75,700 – 143,900
  • Massachusetts: USD 81,700 – 155,500
  • California: USD 81,700 – 165,800
  • Minnesota, North Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin: USD 71,700 – 165,800

The listed salary range reflects base salary; variable incentives may also be offered.
