Product Management Executive - Industrial Solutions

Role Overview: The Vice President of Product Management leads the strategy and execution of the Industrial Solutions Motors business within a global industrial manufacturing organization. This executive is responsible for defining product roadmaps, managing product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, and driving profitable growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement multi-year product strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.Manage a ~$300M P&L, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and ROI through portfolio management and product launches.Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to guide product direction and meet evolving customer needs.Partner cross-functionally across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure successful product commercialization and delivery.Lead, coach, and develop high-performing product management teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (MS, MBA) preferred.At least 12 years of experience in commercial, product, or marketing roles within highly engineered, B2B industrial manufacturing.Proven leadership of cross-functional teams with strong financial acumen and strategic solution planning skills.Experience with product lifecycle management, portfolio management systems, and data analysis tools like Power BI.Excellent communication, influence, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile product management, NPD stage gate processes, and product line simplification.Background in industries such as Food & Beverage, Materials Handling, or Industrial Equipment.
