About the role
The Role: Lead Product Management for Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Mobile App Channel.
Responsibilities
- Set the direction for the Mobile App product, defining its vision for the next 1-3-5 years.
- Develop requirements and take features to market.
- Build a roadmap that stays ahead of the competition.
- Partner externally with mobile OS providers and technology partners to unlock new capabilities and deepen the feature set.
- Ship great products by prioritizing what to build, working with engineering to deliver it, and measuring its performance for customers.
- Lead the AI strategy for Mobile App Experiences space across Salesforce, driving conversations and AI-driven experiences within the mobile app.
- Stay on top of changes in mobile, new OS releases, SDK updates, privacy shifts, and competitor actions.
- Talk to customers and drive adoption, understanding their needs and frustrations, and finding ways to make their lives easier.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years leading other PM in a non-people leadership role.
- Understanding of the mobile device and OS landscape (iOS, Android, app store rules, platform changes).
- Hands-on experience with mobile app product management and design including adoption and communication strategies.
- Experience with mobile wallet (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet) or Live Activities.
- Knowledge of behavioral event tracking and how it drives personalization.
- Experience building or managing products at a platform/ecosystem level (APIs, SDKs, developer tools).
- Experience in a fast-moving enterprise SaaS environment.
Qualifications
- Related technical degree required.
- Able to travel up to 25%, including internationally (for release planning, customer engagements/events).
Skills
- Fluency using Claude and other AI tools to create competitive analysis, rapid prototypes, requirements, and documents.
- Ability to explain complex technical ideas in simple terms to customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience shipping products that customers love.

Pay
$197,300 - $313,700 annually.
