For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Product Management Director to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution.
About the role
You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Leverage data and member information to formulate product strategy
- Develop product dashboards and metrics to analyze strategic performance
- Partner with Marketing to define go-to-market strategies
- Develop recommendations for launching new products and evaluating partnerships
- Act as product SME and collaborate with business partners on recommendations
- Analyze product performance metrics to inform market opportunities and enhancements
- Coordinate with control partners to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Statistics; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
- 8 years of relevant industry experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing or Sales/Service or Finance/Accounting Operations or Financial Services
- 3 years of product management or similar strategic management experience
- 2 years of Data Visualization experience (i.e. Tableau)
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (i.e. FDIC, CFPB, OCC)
- Experienced in market research to create product roadmap, make product decisions and iterate rapidly
Pay
$143,320 – $273,930 annually
