Product Management Director

About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a senior Product Management Director in Consumer Bank Lending- Products & Customer Segments within Business Banking. This leader will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of complex, high-impact products and services. In this role, you will lead and develop teams of product managers and professionals, shape product vision and lifecycle strategy, and partner across the organization to align technology, distribution, pricing, and customer needs. They will play a critical role in transforming customer experiences while ensuring products are scalable, compliant, and commercially successful. This position is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment and brings a strong combination of strategic thinking, customer focus, and execution excellence. You will influence enterprise-wide initiatives, make decisions on highly complex product challenges, and build a culture of innovation and talent development to support long-term business growth.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications

• Experience implementing and scaling enterprise lending platforms such as nCino, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, or comparable banking and lending technologies
• Proven success delivering business banking technology solutions within large, matrixed organizations
• Senior-level experience leading Agile product delivery at scale, driving execution across multiple Agile teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional product organizations, including managing managers and senior individual contributors
• Expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle management, including product strategy, go-to-market execution, and ongoing optimization
• Ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level, partnering effectively with technology leaders, risk partners, and external vendors
