About The Role

Step into a pivotal role where your vision will directly shape the future of performance and lifestyle apparel. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to drive the strategic development and management of our retail product lines. You will be instrumental in guiding groundbreaking ideas from concept to market, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and align with our brand vision.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive product line design and development for performance and lifestyle apparel, with a strong emphasis on specific athletic categories.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases of the product lifecycle are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Gather and integrate feedback from regional teams into product design and development, ensuring global relevance and consumer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional and regional teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication across all levels of seniority.
  • Contribute to the strategic vision of our apparel offerings, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Line Design, specifically with performance apparel products.
  • Experience with lifestyle apparel is also valued, particularly if coupled with a strong passion for specific sports.
  • Experience or deep passion for the athletic industry and culture, particularly within specific sports categories.
  • Demonstrated ability to take a project from start to finish, understanding and navigating the entire product development process.
  • Proven experience in gathering and implementing feedback from various stakeholders into design and product changes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to hit the ground running, take initiative, and adapt to fluid and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional and regional teams, and communicate across all levels of seniority.
  • Previous experience within the athletic or apparel industry is highly preferred.
