About the role
We are launching Never Wonder, a strategic new product initiative to transform how people experience their homes. Never Wonder will turn raw smart-home data into personalized, AI-driven insights and recommendations - helping customers never wonder what’s happening, what to do next, or how to get more out of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Never Wonder as we evolve the product into a compelling, customer-centered consumer experience
- Serve as the voice of the customer by identifying not just stated needs, but the emotional and unstated needs behind customer behavior
- Define intuitive product flows and experiences that make sophisticated AI feel useful, natural, and obvious to the customer
- Lead software product development end-to-end, from discovery and prototyping through launch, iteration, and scale
- Pearl closely with design, engineering, AI/ML, and data teams to translate technical capability into elegant, high-impact user experiences
- Bring strong product judgment to tradeoff decisions across customer value, experience quality, technical feasibility, and business viability
- Drive product requirements, prioritization, and execution across cross-functional teams
- Establish key success metrics and lead experimentation, learning, and performance review loops
- Collaborate with marketing, support, and operations on positioning, go-to-market planning, and launch readiness
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of consumer-facing software products
- Proven ability to build products end-to-end -- from identifying customer problems through shaping the experience, shipping, learning, and improving over time
- Deep customer and product experience instincts, with the ability to distinguish subtle UX differences, articulate tradeoffs clearly, and understand their likely behavioral impact
- Solid AI and technical understanding, with a clear point of view on what modern AI can do well, where its edges are, and how to apply it in product experiences
- Curious and hands-on engagement with emerging AI tools, models, and workflows; an early-adopter mindset is strongly preferred
- Strong product judgment and prioritization skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Business sense and commercial intuition, with the ability to evaluate monetization, scalability, and viability
- Humble, collaborative leadership style with the ability to elevate strong design and engineering partners
- Exceptional communication skills and a bias toward action
- Passion for Wyze’s mission and a belief that technology should make life better for everyone
