Product Lead, Workflow Studio
About the role

This is a highly visible role with significant product ownership, deep technical collaboration, and the opportunity to shape a foundational pillar of Rippling’s platform.
Qualifications
- Has owned a public-facing platform or infrastructure product that customers built on and depended on – PaaS, automation, integration, or workflow orchestration
- Been responsible for revenue from a platform or infrastructure product – understands how platform capabilities translate to pricing, packaging, and growth
- Demonstrated technical depth from owning infrastructure – can navigate event-driven architectures and pipeline systems, and has an informed point of view on how AI changes workflow automation
- Strong opinions about where workflow automation is going, shared freely
- Alignment with Rippling's leadership principles, particularly 'Push the limits of possible', 'Are right, a lot', 'Challenge each other directly', and 'Change their minds'
- Nice to have: experience with workflow or automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Temporal, Airflow, or internal equivalents), navigating a V1-to-V2 platform migration, or shipping AI-powered features in production

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.
A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
The pay range for this role is: 174,000 - 304,500 USD per year(US Tier 1)
