About the role
At Rippling, AI and Growth are becoming inseparable. We’re looking for a Product Lead to define and lead Rippling’s AI and growth motions across the full customer and user lifecycle—spanning product-led growth, self-serve experiences, activation, engagement, and monetization. You’ll define Rippling’s end-to-end AI growth strategy, spanning acquisition, product-led growth, activation, habit formation, expansion, and monetization. Success will require going deep on emerging AI technologies while demonstrating exceptional taste across both product UX and marketing. This is a highly cross-functional, high-ownership role for a senior product leader who can both set strategy and get deeply hands-on. You’ll build the foundation for how Rippling measures and drives AI usage, create campaigns and product experiences that incentivize adoption, and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and executive leadership to scale what works across the company.
