Product Lead, Developer Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Product Lead to own the Developer Platform business end-to-end. This includes driving the revenue goals for the developer platform (API ARR), managing the full funnel of developer signups, activation (first task), weekly active developer accounts, and developer NPS. The role involves creating and driving the strategy, winning professional developers, landing and growing agencies, software tools, and platform partners, partnering with internal deployment teams to ensure developers are successful, and shipping regularly. The ideal candidate will start deeply hands-on, ship their own PRs and reference integrations, and partner closely with engineering, design, DevRel, PMM, and partnerships. They will also build the team, starting as the primary IC DRI and hiring PMs underneath them as the business scales.

Responsibilities

• Drive the revenue goals for the developer platform (API ARR)
• Create and drive the strategy for the portfolio of bets
• Land and grow agencies, software tools, and platform partners
• Partner with internal deployment teams to ensure developers are successful
• Ship, hands-on, talking to developers every week, shipping your own PRs and reference integrations
• Build the team, starting as the primary IC DRI and hiring PMs underneath you as the business grows

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, preferably leading a developer-facing or platform/API product at meaningful scale
• A track record of moving revenue and adoption metrics, not just shipping features
• A GM mindset, thinking in terms of the business, not just the roadmap
• Strong technical fluency and customer obsession, earning the trust of a discerning developer audience
• Experience with inference platforms, infrastructure, or AI media products is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, making a sharp, written argument and telling a compelling launch story
