Product Innovation Strategist
About the role
As a Product Innovation Strategist at LTM Interactive you will lead the design and execution of product innovation strategies across the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with clients and cross‑functional teams to define product vision, facilitate workshops using frameworks like Design Thinking and Liberating Structures, mentor teams in applying agile and other delivery methodologies, and take ownership of product strategy—guiding prioritization, decision‑making and execution to ensure alignment between business goals, user needs and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Deliver measurable business outcomes through innovative product strategies and lifecycle management
- Facilitate high‑impact workshops that drove alignment and accelerated product discovery and delivery
- Mentor teams to adopt agile and hybrid methodologies improving delivery efficiency and collaboration
- Define and execute product roadmaps that balance market insights, user research and business objectives
- Build strong client relationships and influence strategic decisions across complex stakeholder environments
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in consulting, product strategy or innovation roles
- Proven ability to lead workshops and apply frameworks such as Design Thinking, Jobs‑to‑Be‑Done and Liberating Structures
- Expertise in project methodologies (agile, lean, hybrid) and experience mentoring multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, trends and user research, interviews, usability testing
- Creative and systems thinking skills to solve complex problems and connect business, technology and user needs
- Prior experience in product management with a strong sense of product ownership and lifecycle management
Skills
- Deep knowledge of product strategy frameworks such as Value Proposition Canvas, Business Model Canvas, Opportunity Solution Tree and Product‑Market Fit models
- Proficiency in innovation and facilitation frameworks such as Design Thinking, Liberating Structures and Jobs‑to‑Be‑Done
- Experience with digital product development and emerging technologies
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams including design, engineering and business stakeholders

Pay
Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
