Position Details

• Start dates: Summer 2026 – Early 2027
• Availability: Minimum 1 open, 1 close, and 1 weekend shift per week
• Hours: Full Time: 30-40 hours per week, Part Time: 10-30 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience
• Build a strong understanding of products
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador
• Support in elevating the guest experience
• Participate in various store tasks
• Answer store phones and respond to emails
• Utilize the Point-of-Sale system
• Receive and unpack inventory

Expectations

• Available for Black Friday and during the holiday season
• Accountable for and oversee the execution of all deliverables

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Range: USD$20-22/hour (midpoint $21/hour)
• Eligible for bonus plan based on store performance
