Product Funding Specialist

About the role

The Product Funding Specialist is responsible for growing the quality and volume of qualified leads through relationship-building, effective communication of Grant Engines unique value proposition, and qualifying prospects. Our industry is the life sciences and experience therein are crucial to the success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Pick up on lead generation from the Marketing team to qualify leads based on key parameters.
• Measure quality of potential business by how good the client will be to work with us and the likelihood of winning the grant.
• Ensure seamless pickup from Marketing and handoff to Product Funding Executives along with ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure client happiness and positive impression of Grant Engine by the Client via inspiration, can-do attitude, and effective & efficient support of client needs.
• Meet targets for conversion percentage of inbound-to-qualified leads, volume of qualified leads, and other parameters pursuant to our quality goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in the life sciences industry is crucial.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to qualify prospects effectively based on key parameters.
• Knowledge of Grant Engines unique value proposition.
• Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
