Product Flow Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Flow Technician to manage the flow and disposition of ribbon reels within our production environment. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy of physical and system queues, maintaining proper storage protocols, and supporting the production team in achieving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to disposition all negative flow ribbons.
- Move dispositioned reels to their designated flow locations and ensure proper handling.
- Verify system accuracy by maintaining alignment between physical queues and system counts.
- Remove reject paperwork from ribbons after dispositioning to ensure proper documentation.
- Provide support to the Ribbon Staging Area Production Coordinator with daily tasks as needed.
- Monitor and enforce the policy that no ribbon reels with product are placed on the production floor.
- Short-Term Initiative: Work with Material Handlers to process overflow OOF, unprocessed ribbons, and production floor storage area ribbons.
Qualifications/Education
- Fluent in SAP, PI, and CoMet
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Material Handling
- Proficiency in managing physical and system-based inventory records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in production flow management or a related role is preferred

The range for this position is $24.50 hourly rate - $30.75 hourly rate. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
