Responsibilities

May Include

  • Develop and maintain production test plans
  • Collaborate with Design, Test, Applications, and Quality Engineering to create and maintain high-volume production test plans that verify product data sheet compliance and enable effective manufacturing defect detection and screening
  • Improve and sustain product test yield
  • Apply Statistical Process Control principles to monitor process performance, identify sources of variation, and support effective process control
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret test data using statistical methods such as time-series analysis, capability analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and multivariate analysis
  • Support technical issue resolution and process improvement
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional problem-solving and continuous-improvement projects using structured root-cause analysis and Lean methodologies

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Materials Science, Engineering Physics, or a related engineering or technical discipline
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Analog/Digital/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience
  • Knowledge scripting languages such as SQL, Python, R, and/or JSL
  • Preferred software experience: ADS, Cadence, Spotfire, and JMP
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail oriented, curious self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective organization skills for systematic planning and scheduling

Pay

Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31/hr – $42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability. Base compensation is one element of Total Rewards offered at Qorvo. More information on the Total Rewards package can be shared upon request.
