About the role

Join a dynamic team at Esri where innovation meets impact. We are seeking a talented individual to join our GIS development team. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects that utilize advanced geospatial technologies to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain geospatial software applications using ArcGIS and related technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement geospatial solutions
  • Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of existing GIS systems
  • Perform system testing and debugging to ensure software quality
  • Document project requirements, designs, and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geospatial Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in GIS development or a related field
  • Experience with ArcGIS and related geospatial technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
  • Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
  • Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular or React

Skills

  • Proficiency in ArcGIS and related geospatial technologies
