Product Engineer - Electrical
Location: Middleburgh Heights, OH (greater Cleveland area)
About the Role
As a Product Engineer, you will interface with customers, vendors, quality assurance, management, safety, production, and test personnel. You'll manage special projects for customer-specific needs, generate production procedures, test procedures, reports, and product memorandums, and oversee production of products while managing resources to meet customer schedules.
Responsibilities
- Ability to accurately review and approve customer purchase orders and specifications.
- Generate work orders, engineering change orders, and specifications.
- Generate/revise production drawings and create bills of material in ERP system.
- Verify component parts are in stock and coordinate with the purchasing department to procure needed parts.
- Assist other personnel as required, including inventory and production needs.
- Assist in setting up electrical test equipment.
- Maintain a neat and clean work area.
Pay
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000. Please note that the salary range provided is a general guideline only. Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.
