Product Engineer, Developer Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Product Engineer, Developer Platform to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will focus on the reliability, automation, and data integrity of a platform that supports engineering workflows and operational transparency. You will partner closely with engineering teams to remove friction, improve readiness tracking, and strengthen reporting for broader stakeholders. The position blends software engineering, production support, and product thinking to scale internal systems and improve how teams operate. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $168,000 – $270,250 annually Responsibilities Lead the platform as production infrastructure, ensuring reliability and data quality Automate scoring processes to enhance scalability Integrate scoring into onboarding and workshops for real-time feedback Establish a feedback loop with engineering teams to address friction points Automate readiness tracking and reporting for project transparency Qualifications 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent Proven experience leading software products or internal platforms end-to-end Strong software engineering skills focused on automation and reliability Hands-on experience with coding tools such as Claude Code or Copilot in engineering workflows Experience managing production systems with a focus on uptime and incident response Ability to create trustworthy reporting and dashboards for non-engineering audiences Ownership mentality for system dependability and data integrity Benefits Equity options Comprehensive health benefits Flexible work arrangements Professional development opportunities Access to cutting-edge technology and tools Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
