About the role
The Product Engineer will work on end-to-end product areas, collaborating with product and design to understand customer needs and execute on solutions. They will work across the stack, from frontend to backend, and be responsible for shipping frequent updates based on customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Owns meaningful product surfaces, from understanding customer needs to executing on the solution
- Works across the stack, moving fluidly between frontend and backend
- Builds user-facing features and the systems behind them
- Shows curiosity about the problem and brings thoughtful input to product conversations
- Ship frequently, iterate based on customer feedback, and adjust as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in software engineering, shipping user-facing product
- Experience with ad tech, martech, or B2B marketing platforms
- Familiarity with TypeScript/Node.js, AWS, or data pipeline tooling
- Experience working at an early-stage company or similar high-velocity environment
- Experience contributing to open-source projects or having a portfolio of side projects

- Curiosity about the problem and not just the code
- Good questioning skills, understanding customer context, and belief in the product
- Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to adapt to changing priorities
- Interest in solving real-world problems and seeing the impact of the work
