About the role
We’re hiring a Product Engineer to shape how agent capabilities turn into real workflows that actually get work done. You’ll design workflow primitives and capabilities, build AI-powered product flows, and define user interactions with workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design workflow primitives and capabilities that define how work gets created, tracked, and completed
- Build AI-powered product flows, making outputs usable, predictable, and reliable
- Define how users interact with and manage workflows, from initiation to completion
- Create feedback loops in the product so workflows improve from real usage
- Handle messy, real-world inputs and ensure systems behave consistently
- Expand the platform with new workflows, integrations, and ways to get work done
- Turn ambiguous ideas into shipped features with product and leadership
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-time experience in a product-focused software engineering role
- Experience working across the stack (TypeScript / Node.js / React)
- Strong product instincts and a focus on how things actually work for users
- Comfort working with real-world systems that don’t behave perfectly every time
- A sense of ownership and a bias toward moving quickly and iterating from real usage

Pay
- Compensation Range: $200K - $350K
