Product Director - Finance Data
About the role
The Finance Data North Star is a horizontal product team charged with driving the evolution of the Finance data ecosystem. The team is investing in building the data capabilities that empower Finance to produce, consume, and manage data throughout the data lifecycle to power a broad array of financial reporting to the lines of business, regulators, and investors.
Responsibilities
- Reimagine and innovate product solutions to meet internal and external customer needs
- Deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence
- Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value
- Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field and 5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Skills
- Strong understanding of product management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analytics and management

Salaries for Director, Product Management vary by location:
- Cambridge, MA: $230,400 - $263,000
- Mclean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000
- Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100
