Product Development Project Manager

The Opportunity….The Product Development Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of New Product Introduction projects. Leveraging one’s technical, interpersonal, and leadership experiences, they are directly responsible for delivering on the promise of new product innovations which enhance our customers’ ability to improve their airside operations. The PDPM will manage a diverse, cross-functional project team spanning all functional areas of the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for achieving (QCDB- Quality, Cost, Delivery, Budget)) according to the Product Development Process (PDP) or transfer of production from one factory to another
• Accountable for the overall project plan and gate timing
• Responsible for organizing and driving project team meetings
• Responsible for energizing the team, driving decision making and escalating when necessary
• Responsible for identifying issues related to resource or capacity bottlenecks and escalating where and when needed to the appropriate management
