Product Development Manager - Kitchen/Bath Cabinets

About the role

We are looking for a Product Development Manager to take approved product concepts and drive them through execution—from development to a fully systematized, customer-ready SKU. In this highly visible role, you'll be the bridge between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing, ensuring products launch on time with accurate BOMs, product data, specifications, and ordering structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead new products from concept approval to launch
• Own SKU creation, BOM development, and product data integrity
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing
• Maintain spec books and design software product data
• Create intuitive product structures that make ordering easy for customers and dealers

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or New Product Development within manufacturing, cabinetry, furniture, building products, or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of product data, SKUs, BOMs, and ERP systems
• Ability to drive projects independently and keep teams aligned
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Kitchen cabinet industry knowledge required

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite or similar ERP experience
• Experience with 2020, ProKitchen, or similar design platforms
• Kitchen cabinet design experience
• Background supporting dealer or customer-facing product programs

Pay

Competitive salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 based on experience
