About the role

In this role, you will mainly focus on:

  • Developing new and improved products for manual lubrication and fluid-handling applications.
  • Converting product requirements into clear specifications, concepts, designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Ensuring that products meet performance, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Planning and supporting validation, testing, qualification, and product release activities.
  • Driving engineering changes, product updates, and continuous improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Maintaining accurate product data and engineering documentation in line with business processes.
  • Working closely with product management, operations, quality, suppliers, and other engineering colleagues to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
  • Experience in product development, product engineering, or design engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Good understanding of mechanical design, materials, components, drawings, tolerances, and product documentation.
  • Experience with product testing, validation, qualification, or compliance activities.
  • Ability to turn customer, product, and business needs into practical engineering solutions.
  • A structured way of working, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders across functions and locations.
  • Experience with fluid handling, lubrication equipment, pumps, valves, hose reels, workshop equipment, or similar products is considered an advantage.
