Metal Development Specialist Design, test, and optimize metal roofing systems to improve performance, durability, and energy efficiency. Partner with engineering, production, and installation teams to advance product development from concept through validation. Key Responsibilities Develop metal roofing system designs with a focus on product performance and longevity.Plan and conduct testing to evaluate durability, efficiency, and overall system quality.Oversee prototypes and field trials to validate design assumptions and gather data.Collaborate cross-functionally to refine designs for manufacturability and installability.Ensure solutions meet relevant building codes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems and building envelope principles.Experience with product development, testing, and iterative optimization.Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, production, and installation teams.Solid understanding of building codes and quality/compliance requirements.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on performance outcomes.
