About the role

The role will involve developing basketball footwear in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will work on signature athlete products, so confidentiality and discretion are key.

Responsibilities

• Work on signature athlete products
• Collaborate with approximately 8 other developers on a direct team
• Engage in cross-functional work with color and design teams, PLM, other geographies, etc.
• Help cover FTE leave for approximately 1 year
• Potential for travel, with up to 2 trips, domestic and international

Requirements

• Preferred degree, but not required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in performance footwear development

• Project management skills

• Proven record of creating a project plan and holding people accountable
